Why I started Brixnel

For years I watched small business owners get burned by IT companies that take days to respond, charge confusing fees, and send a different person every time. Or worse — they'd rely on "a mate who knows computers" and end up with no backups, weak passwords, and a website from 2009.

The big IT companies aren't built for small businesses. Their pricing is complicated, their support is slow, and nobody ever explains anything in plain English. You're not a priority to them.

So I built something different. Brixnel is built around one simple idea: small businesses deserve the same quality IT support as big companies — without the enterprise price tag or the corporate runaround.
